At Nayomi, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Nayomi account and navigate to 'My Orders' to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique return authorization code.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached; please ensure that intimate apparel remains unworn and in its original hygienic condition.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Schedule a complimentary collection with our partner courier or drop off your package at the nearest Nayomi retail boutique with your digital invoice.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7 to 10 business days.
